Legal Division
For more than a decade, Liberty Institute has operated a legal division of dedicated Constitutional attorneys experienced in litigation.
We offer assistance pro bono to individuals, groups and churches so they can thrive without fear of having their Constitutional freedoms, and God-given inalienable rights, denied.
Specifically, Liberty Institute works to educate, advocate, and, when necessary, litigate for:
* Religious freedoms
* Freedom of speech
* Students and Parental rights
* Responsible Government
Liberty Institute has participated in numerous cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts, and various state courts regarding freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and government corruption.
