Richard Harrin is a Texas area father who has battled cerebral palsy since birth, but that does not stop him from giving thanks to God each day. Mr. Harrin had to fight to prove to the state that although he is in a wheel chair and has severe physical disabilities that even make it difficult for him to speak; he can live an independent life and care for his son Michael. In fact, Mr. Harrin is a fatherly role model, taking Michael to school in his wheel chair each day and even playing defense against his son on the basketball court.
